Passion Project Coaching PlanÂ
Work with Professor Berent to develop a passion project, like these past projects.

Students will follow the design process, mirroring his collegiate design course, to find a problem, investigate it deeper, ideate and create a solution, and test.
​
Why have a passion project? Colleges want to see YOU more than they want to see impressive work that someone else set up for you. Many students gets rejected from their top schools because admissions still doesn't know the student. Prof Berent's approach makes sure you shine through.

When to start? The Passion Project Coaching Plan is unlimited hours, so the sooner the better! The more time, the more students learn, the stronger the projects become, the clearer the your journey forward, and the richer the essays for colleges!
College Essay Coaching Plan
Work with Professor Berent to draft, revise, revise again, and again - until final submission. The College Essay Coaching Plan includes unlimited hours. Prof Berent will review all personal statements and supplemental essays to give you the ultimate advantage.

When to start? Junior Spring. Students should have a draft of their personal statement by end May, with a finalized statement by July, leaving the rest of time for supplementals. Students who start early are more likely to get accepted early decision!
